As you all know I like to keep the focus of our Warrior?s blog about him and his happenings.? I often wish I could blog about every family visit, friend get together,?notes recived?etc?? but literally it?would be too much to blog??? SO?MUCH LOVE!? That being said,?after this weekend I felt?we were long overdo for a GRANDPARENTS BLOG.? The art of grand parenting is different than it used to be.? Grandparents are really becoming such an extension of family vs. the family you see on Thanksgiving and Easter ? at least that is how? it?works in our home.? Grandchildren in the 21st century are just plan spoiled and loved by their grandparents so very much, and our home is of course no different.??In a lot of ways because Wylder has reminded us to appecriate?health and life more ? well his GRANDPARENT spoil?radar is even more?on high alert.? I often think about the fact that if it wasn?t wylder being spoiled I just might need to ?lay down the law more? ? but yeah right!? After our sweet Wylder James ? I say bring on the LOVE to all in whatever fashion you fancy.

This last week has been filled with Grandparents by Wylder?s side.? Just in the last four days Wylder has seen his Gran, Grammy and Papa and Grammy Joan and GranPops!? ?My favorite part of seeing Wylder with his grandprents his how each of them has a profound impact on him ? and they each bring something so special into his life.? The way he looks at them ? well, words cannot explain.? Each grandparent brings something so different to Wylder ? different lessons, different skills, making memories, appreciating and loving THEIR Warrior.

And sometimes when the best support for our family has been space and letting us be our family ? they do that too.? That is back to that whole unconditional love is selfless love thing
.? Sometimes when we have felt overwhelmed by company in our home ? I am reminded of how sad it would be the other way around ? if?we were searching for our family and they were not there.? Our open door policy from the moment we learned Wylder had NPA ? is another AH HA/No regrets moment.? Wylder see?s and feels just how loved he is ALWAYS.? It is such a special and important reminder what it truly means to be family. To say grandparents have been a support system is such an understatement, we often don?t feel we express that enough.

Wylder is not only lucky enough to have5 grandparents, but he knows and has loved on 3 GREAT?grandparents.? The TRUE matricarcs of both our families.??Wylder?s middle name James is after his great grandpa?s name.??How special to have so many generations around Wylder.? His life is so full of love ? And so is their life from him.

I am certain?that on this roller cost of love with Wylder, grandparent have sometimes felt so helpless?? but taking care of yourselves and loving on us the way you have has been BEYOND what our family has needed from all of you.??Wylder?s grandparents are teaching their grandchildren what being grandparents is all about.? So to the best grandparents in the world?? we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.? It?s great to be grand!? xoxo
